Ghana’s political, business and entertainment elite converged on the luxurious Despite Auto Museum on Tuesday, May 5, to celebrate the 60th birthday of renowned businessman and founder of the Special Group of Companies, Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong, in a glamorous ceremony marked by opulence, music and star power.
The exclusive birthday celebration attracted a high-profile guest list featuring some of the country’s most influential personalities across politics, sports, media and entertainment.
Among the dignitaries present were former President John Agyekum Kufuor, Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, New Patriotic Party flagbearer Mahamudu Bawumia and his wife Samira Bawumia, former Chief of Staff Frema Opare, as well as founder of the New Force movement Nana Kwame Bediako.

Dancehall heavyweight Stonebwoy and award-winning songstress Becca delivered captivating performances that left guests thoroughly entertained and energised throughout the night.
