The 27th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) is set to take place on Saturday, May 9, bringing together some of the biggest names in Ghanaian music for what is widely regarded as the country’s biggest music night.
Organised by Charterhouse, the annual awards scheme celebrates outstanding achievements across various music genres, with the coveted Artiste of the Year prize expected to be the highlight of the evening.
Ahead of the event, organisers have unveiled a lineup of performers expected to light up the stage.
The list features popular acts including R2Bees, Lasmid, Wendy Shay, gospel singer Piesie Esther, Medikal, Black Sherif and Nigerian artiste Fido.
The awards night is expected to deliver a blend of electrifying performances and competitive wins, as industry players and fans alike look forward to celebrating the best of Ghanaian music.
