Self-proclaimed evangelist Patricia Asiamah, popularly known as Agradaa, has opened up about the support she received from her husband, Angel Asiamah, during one of the most difficult moments of her life.
Speaking on Ghanaian streamer Kweku Addo’s livestream on Friday, May 8, Agradaa disclosed that her relationship with her husband began with friendship and care after her divorce.
According to her, although the two became close during that period, they initially had no plans of becoming husband and wife.
“During my divorce period, he showed me a lot of care, but neither of us had any intentions of becoming husband and wife,” she said.
Agradaa further disclosed that after the divorce, she fell seriously ill and was in a coma for seven days.
Recounting the difficult experience, Agradaa said her husband stayed by her side throughout her recovery process and personally took care of her even when she was unconscious.
“After the divorce, I became very sick and even went into a coma for seven days. During that period, he was always by my side until I regained consciousness,” she stated.
She added that although her parents were around, it was Pastor Asiamah who handled most of her personal care during the challenging moment.
“Though my parents were around, he was the one taking care of me and even changing my diapers because when you are in a coma, the situation becomes very scary and you need someone by your side,” she added.
