Highlife artiste Kofi Kinaata has called on the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to ensure fairness and transparency in the selection of the Black Stars’ final squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
In a post shared on Monday, May 18, the award-winning musician appealed to the football governing body to make the selection process “free and fair” for all active and deserving players, stressing that Ghanaians are closely monitoring the decisions being made.
“Dear GFA 🇬🇭, We beg waa, we’re waiting for the final WC 26-man squad. If the selection process is ongoing backstage too, kindly make it free and fair for the active deserving players.. because we all dey watch some. Thanks! From a Patriotic Ghanaian ,” he wrote.
