Former Talented Kidz winner and rapper Tutulapato has shared his aspirations to perform at the O2 Arena and collaborate with dancehall star Shatta Wale as he continues his comeback journey in the music industry.
Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM on Monday, June 8, the rapper disclosed that performing at next year’s Rapperholic concert at the O2 Arena remains one of his biggest career ambitions.
According to him, the dream stems from an unfulfilled opportunity he was promised after winning Talented Kidz in 2013.
“After so many years of people not hearing from me, my dream right now, number one, is to perform at the O2 Arena during next year’s Rapperholic because when I won the Talented Kidz in 2013 and was promised an opportunity to be there, it didn’t happen.”
Tutulapato also disclosed plans to release at least four songs this year and expressed his desire to feature Shatta Wale on one of his upcoming projects.
“The next one after my song Abrabo is my second dream because if I can get my godfather Shatta Wale on that song, I’ll be done.”
When asked whether he hopes to headline his own show at the O2 Arena or perform alongside another artiste, the rapper clarified that his intention is to support award-winning rapper Sarkodie at the venue.
“Oh no no no no no. It’s Sarkodie I want to go support, and I don’t have a relationship with him now but I used to when I was way young,” he explained.
Tutulapato rose to fame after winning Talented Kidz in 2013 and has recently been making efforts to revive his music career through new music releases and ambitious career goals.
