Actor and film producer Lil Win has made a bold promise tied to the Black Stars’ campaign at the ongoing FIFA World Cup, declaring that he will quit acting if Ghana fails to advance beyond the group stage.
In a video circulating on social media, the Kumawood star expressed strong confidence in the national team’s chances of progressing in the tournament.
Lil Win stated that he would walk away from his acting career should the Black Stars fail to qualify for the next round.
“If the Black Stars do not qualify from the group stage, I will quit acting in movies.”
The actor reiterated his confidence in the team, stressing that he was making the pledge with absolute conviction.
“I am saying this with so much confidence that if Ghana does not qualify to the next stage, I will quit acting in Kumawood movies.”
Ghana is currently competing at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with hopes of securing a place in the knockout stages as fans across the country rally behind the national team.
