South Florida social media influencer Brianna Johnson, popularly known as “DreamDoll Brii” and “ItGirlBri,” has been killed in a shooting attack in Miramar, Florida, with her cousin, Arthur Lee Johnson III, also dying from injuries sustained in the incident.
Johnson, 21, was travelling in a lime-green Lamborghini Urus with two men when gunmen opened fire on the vehicle around 5:30 a.m. on July 5. Police said a white sedan pulled alongside the SUV before occupants fired multiple shots, causing the vehicle to crash into a nearby home.
Authorities believe the attack was targeted, noting that the Lamborghini appeared to have been deliberately chosen, although the motive remains unknown. Investigators are reviewing surveillance footage, social media videos and 911 recordings as they work to identify the suspects.
Johnson, who had more than 400,000 followers on Instagram and TikTok, was known for lifestyle, fashion and entertainment content and had also ventured into music. Her death has sparked tributes from fans and friends who described her as ambitious and creative.
Police have not announced any arrests and are appealing to the public for information, surveillance footage or dashcam videos that could help solve the case.
