Renowned Jamaican dancehall star Popcaan has publicly appealed to British Airways and airport authorities for help after losing a one-of-a-kind custom ring on a flight from London to Jamaica.
The “Unruly Boss” took to social media shortly after landing in Jamaica, revealing that he had accidentally left the valuable ring inside the airline seat pouch on British Airways Flight BA2263, where he was seated in 2D.
According to Popcaan, he realised the ring was missing just minutes after disembarking and immediately alerted airline officials. However, he claimed he was informed that the ring could not be found.
“Just left this ring on British Airways 2263, London to Jamaica, just now!!! Need this ring RETURNED,” he wrote.

The dancehall artiste urged British Airways to thoroughly search the aircraft, insisting the ring should still be inside the seat pouch where he left it.
“I need the guards or BA to find me that pouch. I NEED MY RING!! Flight BA2263, seat 2D. The persons who clean the plane can find it, it’s inside the pouch,” he added.
Popcaan stressed that the ring is irreplaceable because it was custom-made and bears the inscription “#UnrulyState” on the inside.
Tagging both British Airways and Norman Manley International Airport, the entertainer called on fans to help amplify his plea by sharing his post in hopes of recovering the sentimental piece.
“Come on, man, y’all can help out better than this,” he wrote while urging supporters to repost and tag the airline.
As of the time of publication, British Airways had not publicly responded to Popcaan’s appeal, and it remains unclear whether the ring has been recovered.
