Founder and leader of Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, has reportedly been hospitalised after collapsing on Tuesday, August 11.
Concern over the preacher’s condition grew after footage emerged on social media showing him lying on a hospital bed.
In the video, colleague preacher Seer 1 General is seen beside Badu Kobi and claims the pastor lost consciousness shortly after leaving home and was rushed to a hospital.
Seer 1 General further alleged that Badu Kobi is currently battling high blood pressure and appealed to President John Dramani Mahama, NDC officials and other party executives to intervene.
“He really needs your help,” he said, while calling for support for the preacher.
The circumstances surrounding Badu Kobi’s condition have not been independently verified.
