Black Sherif has finally explained the inspiration behind his new 6-track EP title, ‘Sun Sherif.’
Speaking in an interview on Citi FM’s Brunch in the Citi with host Naa Oyoe Quartey, the award-winning artiste revealed that ‘Sun Sherif‘ was not originally a music idea but a clothing line he was creating long before thinking about music.
When asked why he chose the name ‘Sun Sheriff’, Blacko explained that “It was for a clothing line I was doing way before the music.”
The 6-track ‘Sun Sheriff’ EP, which houses fan favourites including “Run Around” – which Blacko says is his personal favourite – is already making waves among fans.
Known for his authentic storytelling and unique style, Black Sherif continues to blend his creative worlds of fashion and music into one powerful brand.
