KiDi lights up London with electrifying first solo headline concert

Afrobeats star KiDi gave fans a night to remember as he shut down The OuterNet in London on Thursday, September 24, with his first solo headline concert in the UK with the Compozers.

The hitmaker made a grand entry performing his smash hit ‘Say Cheese’, sending the packed crowd into wild cheers from the very first note.

KiDi took fans on a journey through his catalogue, serving back-to-back hits including Odo, Touch It, Enjoyment, Don’t Keep With Waiting Ft Kwesi Arthur, and Lomo Lomo, with fans singing word-for-word.

In a special moment of the night, KiDi switched things up with an emotional piano performance for some of his songs, showing off his vocal range and musicianship, which had the entire venue in a calm, sing-along mood.

The energy went up another level when popular dancer Dancegod Lloyd passed through mid-performance, thrilling the audience with electrifying moves as KiDi performed.

The night was powered by solid DJ sets like DJ Vyrusky and hype from OgeeTheMc, who kept the energy high before and after KiDi’s set.

From start to finish, it was pure hits, pure vibes, and pure Ghanaian excellence in London. London showed up and KiDi delivered!

This marks another milestone for Ghanaian music, as acts like Stonebwoy and Sarkodie took the UK by storm with high-energy performances earlier this year.

KiDi now joins them as one of the forces pushing Ghanaian music to the world.
