There’s something common about popular personalities in Ghana especially those that majority of Ghanaians erroneously describe them as “celebrities”. Thus, in relation to matters of their religious lifestyle.
Most of the time these popular personalities make it known that they believe in the existence of the Ultimate Reality or otherwise known as God but they don’t fancy visiting the sacred buildings – churches and mosques for reasons best known to them.
The scenario is no different in the life of musician Yaa Pono. Speaking to DJ Reuben on Luv 99.5FM’s DriveTime on yesterday, February 15, the Tema-based rapper revealed that it has been too long since he stepped foot in a church.
Although Yaa Pono failed to mention the rationale behind his decision to pause anything church activity he revealed that he’s very prayerful regardless.
