Ghanaian singer KJ has released a new song that features Adina Thembi.
The two beautifully weave their vocals on the low tempo highlife instrumentation as they talk about love.
On the song, KJ and Adina sing about someone who is wants to be freed from one unfavourable relationship to another.
KJ’s music career was inspired by his sister and elder brother who first spotted his talents at an early age and gave him the encouragement to pursue his dreams.
The soul artist describes his music as inspirational no matter the category because he is inspired to write and hope that listeners find my music uplifting when they hear it.
“My long term objective is to always make music which inspires people positively throughout the world and that is when i know i will have been a successful musician,” he said.
KJ won the first ever Legon Idol music show in the University of Ghana. He is took part in the 3rd edition of ‘Stars of the Future’ music reality show. After that he took part in MTN’s Project fame West Africa reality show season 1 where he made it into the finals.
KJ has released his first album titled WITH YOU on itunes, cdbaby, shazam, soundcloud and amazon.
He has also been heard on many popular recordings – featured on Becca’s ‘Daakedaa’ and a host of musicians such as Kontihene.
