Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has said Stonebwoy’s ‘Good Morning’ song is his favourite off the ‘Anloga Junction’ album.
During an Instagram Live chat on Sunday, May 17 2020, he mentioned that he likes the song but the patois is too thick for him to follow the lyrics.
“You know on your Anloga album you have a song, ‘Good Morning’ the only part I can listen to the rest. It’s my favourite but I mean after pan the hankie or something I can’t hear the rest again. The patois thick too much,” the minister said.
‘Good Morning’ which feature Chivv and Spanker is the 14th song on the 15 track album released on April 24.
Prior to the release of the album, Stonebwoy released ‘Good Morning’ and ‘African Party’ alongside their videos.
So far the album has had over 12 million streams on audiomack and doing well on other streaming platforms as well as making it to charts.
