Songstress Mzbel has disclosed that popular prophet, Nigel Gaisie told him he has a girlfriend in the media space.
Mzbel and the Nigel used to be friends for a while until the two fell out and she has on several occasions called him out for being fake.
According to her, they became friends on the grounds that they had common interests which include being members of the same political party and being past students of the same Senior High School.
Mzbel was a guest on Citi TV’s Upside Down show with Frema AAdunyame and Ato Kwamina where she talked about her musical career, her political affiliation and the toll it has taken on her and practically everything about her.
Touching on Nigel Gaisie’s issue, she said she felt comfortable hanging around him because he told her he had a girlfriend. She gave clues as to who the girl is but did not put a name to the description.
“He was my friend. I don’t like him…Me, I didn’t see him as a prophet because he didn’t present himself as a prophet to me. He presented himself as a former student of Abuakwa State College, NDC sympathizer, we both have like common enemies so we were cool,” she stated
“He told me that he’s not married. He told me was dating. He told me he has a girlfriend in the media. Some pretty girl, I wish I could mention her name. She likes to wear red. She’s a newscaster.
“He told me that Oh I’m dating this person but she’s rude, she doesn’t respect and I’m thinking of breaking up with her… She likes to wear red, she’s very curvy. She’s light-skinned, she’s pretty. She’s like a slay queen kind of… So, I respected that”
Asked what really transpired that she keeps calling him out on social media, she said, “If it was months back, I would’ve told you everything but we’ve settled everything” adding that he wronged her.
