Actress and filmmaker Yvonne Nelson believes her colleague actress Gloria Sarfo has harboured hatred for her for quite some time now.
After premiering her movie, ‘Fix Us’ on Netflix on August 2, 2020, Yvonne complained about the movie industry.
According to her, the industry is full of hatred and jealousy.
But Gloria commented later saying Yvonne does not support her colleagues in the industry either.
Reacting to Gloria’s comment, in a series of tweets, Yvonne stated that “Your hate didn’t start today”.
“With the whole industry! Most hate me anyways. I learnt the hard way and started my own productions. Stop sounding bitter, learn to love, just because you haven’t seen your movie on my page doesn’t mean I don’t support people,” she said in one of the tweets.
Touching on the accusation of not showing support, she clarified that the fact that they do not see some posts o her social media pages does not mean she never shared their projects or artworks.
“I even delete mother’s day/birthday wishes to my own mother after a week, most people do. you can think what you want, I know what I do for this industry and the heart I have. you just let your real self out! I don’t have to be friends.
“You can take your time and go through my twitter/facebook, i know y’all cant stand me. Ive known since i started acting charley. I hear all the stuff said behind my back, y’all see me and smile with me. I know you all,”she said.
Gloria safo, i just sent you a DM, you say most of you had this impression about me, which of you people supported me during my BAN in 2010, ahaaa…your hate didnt start today. I even promote producers who owe me money….
