It has been months since Sista Afia, Eno Barony, Freda Rhymz were in the news for getting at each other lyrically until it almost resulted in a physical abuse.
It all started when Sista Afia released a song titled ‘WMT’ and also made a tweet asking if Eno Barony was a rapper.
From all indications, Sista Afia was either not expecting a reply or she just was not prepared for what she called for.
Her actions saw strings of songs coming from all angles; Eno Barony , Freda Rhymz and couple replies from other female rappers.
But the most talked about were replies from Freda and Eno.
Sista Afia replied with another song but took offense to the replies she got from Freda and Eno.
When she met Freda at TV3 premises, but for the timely intervention of security persons their encounter would be exchange of punches. She noted that Freda should have given her a heads up before replying.
However, she has made peace with Freda and the two have released a song titled ‘Saucy’.
In a recent interview on Neat FM, Sista Afia disclosed that she felt disrespected by Eno for giving her credit to another artiste.
During the beef, Eno claimed Sista Afia hired the services of a ghostwriter for her songs.
Sista Afia thus feels disrespected by that comment especially because they had a song together and Eno saw how creatives he could be.
“I felt kind of disrespected because she gave my credit to another. I’ve sat down with Eno before. She knows very well of what I’m capable of and she’s even been in my house and she took a pen and a paper and I sat close to her and we came out with a beautiful song,” she said in the interview.
