Musician Sista Afia is complaining about up and coming female artistes who attack her whenever they feel like it.
While some artistes see attacking others as a means to launch their new projects or push their career further, some say it is not necessary.
However, it is a trick that does not get old. Comes in handy once and while even if it proves not to work for some artistes.
Sista Afia noted that unlike the new crop of artistes, she accorded the necessary respect to her predecessors.
In a tweet, she stated that she does not understand why female artistes feel the need to pick on her.
She also used the opportunity to advise them to be inspired by other artistes’ works instead of seeing them as competition.
“Why do these upcoming female artists always attacking me. I came Into this game and I respected the ones before me. If you want to win, be MOTIVATED of the works of others Y’all competition mindset is weak and sad,” she tweeted.
