Evangelist Lord Kenya has proffered a piece of advice to showbiz people not to be in a rush to get to the top.
According to him, it is better to mature naturally as a creative than resort to bad ways.
Speaking to Kwame Dadzie in an interview on Ghana Weekend TV, he said he knows a lot of people including entertainers resort to sorcery and other spiritual means to make it in life but that does not last.
“At the end of the day, if God gives you a talent, bless God because you’ll be accountable to him. If he wouldn’t take you to the end, he wouldn’t give you such talent. So don’t rush it. Take your time. If your talent grows naturally, it lasts. If not, in a short time, it’s gonna go,” he said.
Lord Kenya, after switching from secular music to ministry, has recounted stories of the dark side of the showbiz industry.
