Ghanaian musician and transgender, Angel Maxine has released a song on LGBTQ+ titled ‘Wo Fie’.
The song talks about the intolerance of Ghanaian society against the LGBTQ+ community. It also talks about the fact that everyone has one family member that belongs to at least one of the groups of the community.
This comes at a time when the community has faced stiff opportunity and humiliation and at a time when a bill has been proposed to criminalise LGBTQ+ activities.
