Keta Music and Arts Festival 2021, takes place from December 3 to 5, 2021 at Keta in the Volta Region.
The maiden edition is organized by the Beach Art Gallery, Sons of Greatness (SOG), and AfroSoul to create a networking platform for arts and creativity.
Don Foli, one of the organizers told Ghana Weekend that: “Keta must strive business-wise after the tidal wave and people must earn income. Tourism and Arts are what we have decided to use in promoting Keta again after the tidal waves.”
On the 3rd of December, there will be a bus tour from the Accra Mall to tourist sites in Sogakope, Anlo and Keta.
“This will be climaxed with a bonfire night, camping with cultural performances at the Emancipation Beach,” says Enoch Doe Semana, Events and PR Manager at AfroSoul.
More activities continue on the 4th December with live painting, graffiti artists, face and body painting, sculptors, beads makers, potters, dance groups, gymnastics, musicians, and fashion designers with a fashion show at the Keta beach.
There will be music performances by Tic, Sonia Martison, Arian Noctus, among others.
The final day which is the 5th December will have more photoshoots from creative photographers to promote the beautiful tourist destination Keta and a buffet.
