Veteran actor, Psalm Adjeteyfio has disclosed the amount his colleagues in the film industry presented to him when he was discharged from hospital last year.
According to TT, the amount was inadequate for his medical bills which at the time was 1200 cedis.
He revealed in an interview with Takoradi-based Empire FM that he contacted the Actor’s Guild of Ghana for assistance upon colleague actor, Van Vicker’s advice.
Psalm Adjeteyfio has been in the news after a disturbing audio of him begging for “kitchen leftovers” from entertainment journalist, MzGee leaked.
The actor has explained that he went broke after investing funds donated to him in the transport business and a piece of land.
He said, he purchased a taxi cab and a piece of land out of 50,000 cedis donated to him by Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
