US-based Liberian Afrofusion, Pop, Alte and Hip pop singer, Sirweah has his eyes on the 2022 edition of the African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA).
The inspirational singer and songwriter, who discovered his gift of singing at an earlier stage of his life, hopes to be nominated and win an award in this year’s edition of the famous African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA).
Sirweah, born in Ghana to Liberian parents, relocated to the United States of America in the early 2000s to seek a better life and pursue his career in music.
“AFRIMMA is one of the biggest awards in the world. It’s everyone’s dream to be nominated or win this award. I have worked so hard and I think it is time I deserve to win this prestigious award,” the Georgia-based artist said in an interview.
“In the history of African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA), just a few Liberian artists have been nominated and I want to write history and make Liberia proud as well,” he added.
This year”s African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA) is slated to take place on November 19, 2022.
Currently signed to Noissey Boy Entertainment, he is also a songwriter, sound engineer, director and producer.
He has to his credit, songs such as Tumba, Love ‘Em, Daily, Don’t Know, Blessed Up, Stay at Night, among others.
