Ghanaian-American comedian, Michael Blackson, thinks a few artists have sabotaged the Ghanaian entertainment industry to pursue their own selfish interests.

Mike said most Ghanaian musicians are self-centered and do not want to help uplift young talents.

To him, there are several top musicians in Nigeria because the powerhouse artists always help to accommodate and nurture the young talents.

“I think the main reason we don’t have enough artists in Ghana is because we don’t put each other on, Nigerian Artist put each other on all the time and that’s why there are so many stars there,” he revealed.

Michael Blackson advised Ghana’s top musicians to contribute to the growth of younger ones.

He noted that doing that what will help them get to their desired destination and also receive God’s blessing in their endeavours.

“Listen my Ghana artists you are all different in your own way so no need to feel threatened if you see talent help him out. God will bless you and make you bigger,” Michael Blackson said.

Michael Blackson, in an earlier post on Twitter revealed his desire to know more of the Ghanaian artists since he claimed to know only Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Black Sherif, D-Black, and Gambo.

“I need to get to know more of my Ghana artists because the only names I can remember are Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie, Black Sherif, D-Black, and now my artist Gambo,” he stated.
