Born in 1959 in Chiraa, Ghana, Peter Mensah grew up in England and Canada.
He is known for playing Oenomaus in Spartacus (2010–2013), a hit TV series.
You have also seen him in 300 (2006) as the Persian messenger and in Avatar (2009) as a general.

Idris Elba: The Big Name
Born in London in 1972 to a Ghanaian mom, Idris Elba is a Hollywood heavyweight.
He starred in Pacific Rim (2013), Thor (2011), and Beasts of No Nation (2015) which was shot in Ghana.
