Edward Amoah, popularly known by his stage name Kofi Mole, has initiated legal proceedings against several social media users and content creators for publishing defamatory content about him.
The defamatory statements, which falsely accused the musician of drug use and health issues, were disseminated following an interview conducted by Elikem Aidam and shared on TikTok.
In a formal cease-and-desist letter dated May 12, 2025, Kofi Mole’s legal representative, Barrister Worlayo D. Zowonu of Afadjato Chambers, demanded the immediate removal of the offending content and the issuance of a public apology.
The letter specifies that the apology should be published weekly for eight consecutive weeks on the same platforms where the defamatory content was originally shared.
