A fire outbreak has torn through parts of the Maaha Beach Resort, leaving significant damage to the popular coastal destination.
The incident occurred on the evening of May 28, 2025, with footage of the blaze shared on social media by Channel One TV.
The video shows flames engulfing structures at the resort as smoke billowed into the night sky. At this time, the full extent of the damage has not been officially confirmed, but several structures are believed to have been affected.
No injuries or casualties have been reported as of this publication.
The cause of the fire remains unknown, and authorities are yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.
