Ghanaian gospel singer and worship leader Perez Musik is set to release a powerful new single titled ‘By Prayer’ on June 20, 2025.
Known for his stirring anthems such as Hewale Lala, Blema Tesaa, and Deeper, Perez returns with a track that calls believers to deeper intercession and spiritual discipline.
The song draws from James 5:16 : “The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results,” and seeks to re-emphasise the foundational role of prayer in the life of every believer.
In a brief preview shared on Instagram, Perez delivers the song with raw emotion and a deep sense of conviction.
“We birth power, progress, and victory by prayer. This song came from a real place of travail and waiting,” Perez shared. “My prayer is that it becomes yours too.”
Musically, ‘By Prayer’ blends Perez’s signature Afro-contemporary gospel style with heartfelt vocals and rich instrumentation. The song is expected to become a spiritual anthem for personal devotion, church worship, and prayer gatherings across Ghana and beyond.
The official music video is also scheduled to premiere on YouTube the same day.
