Deborah Seyram Adablah, the former national service personnel who made headlines for suing her ex-lover and banker Ernest Kwasi Nimako, is back on social media after serving a 45-day jail term.
A video shared online on June 19 and sighted by Ghana Weekend shows a defiant Adablah celebrating her return.
“Back like I never left. I am back. All of you will go on low battery. You said I don’t look like I’ve been in prison, right? Oh my God! God is the greatest, and I will be back,” she said in the clip.
Deborah first came into the spotlight in 2023 when she dragged Nimako, then a bank CFO, to court over alleged broken promises, sexual harassment, and unfulfilled financial pledges.
She was sentenced on May 6, 2025, for contempt of court after accusing judges handling her case of bias.
Her contempt conviction followed a series of online videos where she criticised the judiciary during her legal battle with Nimako, her alleged ‘sugar daddy’.
