Leader of the Ajagurajah Movement, Bishop Kwabena Asiamah, has claimed that Highlife legend,Charles Kwadwo Fosu,popularly known as Daddy Lumba died due to human error, not spiritual causes.
In a Facebook video sighted by Ghana Weekend on Monday July 28, Ajagurajah said he spoke to the late musician’s wife, Maame Broni, and concluded that Lumba’s passing was not spiritual but the result of a medical mistake.
“What killed Daddy Lumba? Human error. It’s not his time. No spirit or juju took his life. That’s why I fear hospitals,” he said.
Daddy Lumba died in the early hours of Saturday, July 26, 2025 at the Bank hospital where he was on admission.
