Influencer and Content Creator, Adjoa Tee has shared how she started her hair business with GH¢1,500 given to her by her mother.

Speaking on The Delay Show broadcasted on Sunday, July 27, 2025, the 23-year-old said her mother not only gave her the startup capital but also accompanied her to Accra’s Central Business District to guide her on what to buy.

“My startup capital was GH¢1,500. My mother gave me the money. She even personally went with me to the business district in Accra and guided me on things to buy.”

“I have two shops, one at Madina Social Welfare and the other at Haatso. The bigger one is at Madina,” she said.

Adjoa Tee now owns two shops, one at Madina Social Welfare and the other at Haatso, with the Madina branch being the biggest.

She currently has 25 employees, including braiders, a receptionist, and a supervisor. She also runs a braiding school.

She mentioned that although she drives a 4×4, it belongs to her boyfriend. The two have been dating for about four to five months following her breakup with Content Creator,  Big Paradise.

Adjoa Tee turns 24 on November 4.
