Renowned Ghanaian filmmaker Ivan Quashigah has applauded Channel One TV for taking the initiative to produce their own television series, praising the network’s commitment to local content creation.
He also commended Channel One TV/Citi FM Managing Director, Samuel Attah-Mensah for his notable role in the industry.
Quashigah made the remarks following the watch party held on February 20 at Channel One TV’s premises for the network’s yet-to-premiere series, highlighting the effort and creativity involved in bringing fresh Ghanaian content to television audiences.
He specifically acknowledged the show’s producer Victoria Dogbe, noting her achievements as a proud graduate of the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI).
Quashigah expressed his willingness to support the production whenever called upon, underscoring the importance of mentorship and collaboration in growing the local entertainment industry.
