Popular American YouTuber and streamer IShowSpeed has revealed that he would love to take football icon Cristiano Ronaldo on a trip to Ghana.
In a video sighted by Ghana Weekend on Thursday, February 26, the streamer shared his thoughts while responding to questions from fans. IShowSpeed said the idea of visiting Ghana with Ronaldo felt natural to him.
“ I’m about to answer questions that I’ve never been asked before. Let’s go,” he said. “I would want to show Ronaldo… maybe Ghana.”
Explaining his vision for the trip, the streamer highlighted some of the cultural and historical sites he believes would interest the Portuguese superstar.
“I probably want to take Ronaldo to Ghana because I want to take him to the Shea Butter Museum,” he said. “If you go down south from Ghana, there are castles and stuff. I’d take him to a castle.”
Beyond tourism, IShowSpeed also emphasised his love for football and Ghana’s vibrant sporting culture, noting that a casual match would be part of the experience.
“Then we can probably go to a little pitch and play some football together. Ghana’s got some nice pitches,” he added. “I don’t know, I just feel like it’s a great place to take Ronaldo to.”
His comments come on the back of his recent visit to Ghana during his African tour, where he explored several cultural landmarks. One of the highlights of his trip, according to him, was the Hamamat Shea Butter Village, which he praised as one of the best places he visited in the country.
IShowSpeed’s enthusiasm for Ghana has since sparked excitement among fans online, with many praising him for promoting the country’s culture, history, and tourism potential on a global stage.
