Rapper Freda Rhymz has explained the reason she replied Sista Afia was because she went against the rappers code.
Although she claimed she only jumped on the beef to entertain her fans since the coronavirus pandemic has made the system slow, she also felt it was not a rapper’s ‘thing’ to look weak.
According to her, she was not expecting Sista Afia to cry on the internet to explain her song.
After Sista Afia released WMT, she went live on Instagram to explain her song was not directed at anyone and that she was only playing with the beat.
While explaining during her Instagram live, she shed tears, this act, Freda said was not “guy” and she found it funny.
Speaking on United Showbiz with Nana Ama McBrown, Freda noted that she released her first diss, KMT as a joke until Sista Afia came hard at her with her ‘You Got Nerves’.
“I replied her because I mean you rapped, we understand you have rapped but why do you go and cry on IG live the next day? Rappers don’t do that. That’s why I was ‘angry’ and told her it’s unacceptable,” she explained.
“You wanted us to see you’re versatile. You are versatile, you rapped so why would you go live on IG to cry. When I saw that, it was hilarious to me so I was only playing with the KMT until she dropped her ‘You Got Nerves’ and mentioned my name,” the Point od Correction rapper added.
