Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson has jabbed social media users who trolled her for wearing the same slippers on different occasions.
According to the actress, the slippers is for her so she can choose to wear it on whatever occasion she desires.
In an Instagram post, Yvonne Nelson expressed her disappointment at social media users who trolled her for repeating the same slippers as she went out to different places.
Yvonne Nelson noted that she is not pressured to dress flashy and impress anyone on social media.
“I’m not pressured to please anyone! I’m living my life steadily at my own pace. don’t post your definition of flyyyy, thats ok,” she wrote.
Yvonne Nelson revealed that she is down to earth so much that she can wear hermen sippers for many times.
“im sorry, down here on earth where i live, i can wear my hermes slippers a million times! I can even swim and bath with it!!! Its mine! I can even go to bed with it!! Its mine,” she added.
The actress also used the opportunity to reveal that most celebrities do not live their real lives on social media.
Yvonne Nelson disclosed that most celebrities just try to keep up with the flashy lifestyle due to the job they do.
She said even though celebrities try to keep up because of their job, she cannot always keep up with the flashy lifestyle even though she is a celebrity.
“Most of the flyyyy life you see celebs putting out there isnt real….peeps got to keep up! Yea its kind of part of the job but its too much work for me, im being myself here,” she explained.
In addition, Yvonne Nelson disclosed that even though she may have wore the same slippers, she lives in a house that she owns and not rented. “afterall where i sleep at night is the flyest! And its all mine not RENTED,” she bragged.
The actress added a video to her long post involving a Nigerian comedian who also jabbed those who trolled Yvonne Nelson.
