Kelvyn Boy has that he wishes Stonebwoy would be proud of him since he [Kelvynboy] idolized him [Stonebwoy] from afar for a long time before even getting to be under the Bhim label.
He said on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM that even though he put in a lot while working with Stonebwoy, the leader of the Bhim Nation preferred to label him as ‘ungrateful’.
He, however, acknowledged that he is grateful that Stonebwoy showed him to the world.
When asked the very one thing the Stonebwoy has done for him while he was under the label and he replied, “He showed me to the world”
And when he was asked the one thing he wanted from Stonebwoy that he did not do, he said, “To be proud of me”.
“Everybody was except him. Because he has not been here to ever say I tried, I did good, I put in effort…but he’s been here to say bad things about me”, he added.
When the host, Andy Dosty played one of Kelvyn’s songs which started with Stonebwoy’s endorsement and asked if that wasn’t a moment of showing he is proud enough, Kelvyn Boy said he was not like other artistes that get signed and just lazy about and that he barely slept and wished Stonebwoy showed he was proud of his growth rather than going about tarnishing his image.
He also stated in the interview that he is still working with Blakk Cedi.
