BHIM Nation signee OV has cleared rumours concerning her sexuality and look.
She said she dresses according to her mood and made reference to her appearance on the VGMAs night.
“I always say that I dress according to my mood. VGMA, I don’t know if you saw me but I was in a gorgeous dress and then everybody was surprised. That day I felt like looking all sexy”
She explained it is difficult for her to wear heels because it wouldn’t fit her brand and that she prefers to wear ripped jeans to keep cool.
When Delay the host of the show asked her if she agrees she is a tomboy, she replied, “A tomboy who is somebody who acts like a guy and dresses like a guy; of course I’m a tomboy.”
And she quickly added, “but the Ghanaian definition, Ghanaians define it differently; that someone who is a tomboy is a gay or lesbian.”
When the host asked if she thinks a man will want to marry another man, she responded, “I am not a male. I act, doesn’t mean I’m a man.”
“Of course I do have them (female attributes) I just don’t dress like any other woman… I don’t urinate like a man”
“I act like a boy. I act like a boy. The way I walk, is a little girlish but I dress and act like a boy. That’s the definition of a tomboy”
She also added that she would want to get married and making a family.
“Of course I have to have a family”
Touching on her sexuality, she said she has never ever had sexual relations with another woman.
“I’m straight and I’m a girl.”
