Ghanaian Reggae artiste, Ras Kuuku in an interview has revealed the inspiration and energy behind his song production.
While premiering his album ‘Kuntunkununku’ on the Hitz FM today, Mercury Quaye asked what inspires his songs and he said weed was one.
“Without that [weed] I can’t do it. It’s one of them. I love it so I use it. so all the good songs you’re listening, all the voice and the nice romantic whatever voice you’re listening, weed is part of it so you should know that”
Naming the other forces that drive him to produce good tunes, the ‘Happy Herbalist’ singer listed,
“Water. Food, coconut water, Fruits, a lot. I’ve got one or two but that one it’s personal. It has got mushroom and other things in them.”
