Versatile artiste, Worlasi is pleading with fans to stop associating his song with the coronavirus pandemic and humanities’ fate.
The phrase “By June we’ll all die” has become a trend on social media as people continue to predict the pandemic will wipe out humans.
While others use videos and images of the popular Prampram based pallbearers who have also been named ‘Dada Awu’, others are also using Worlasi’s song, ‘We All Go Die’.
In a video posted to Twitter, the artiste pleaded that people refrain from associating his song to the covid-19.
“The people wey them dey associate my song ‘We all go die’ to COVID-19, stop,” he said.
‘We all Go Die’ is one of the songs on the ten-track album, WORLA (The Man and the God) he released in December 2019 just days before his annual music and art festival.

Although he released the song last year, it is now a ‘perfect’ fit for social media memes and trends now.
Explaining why he did the song, he said, “I just did the song because eventually, we’ll all die. I beg you stop doing this. People are watching… in the name of the God that you worship and the God that we all worship, please”
