CEO of Black Avenue Music, Desmond Blackmore, has shared an interesting insight in the music industry —stating contrary to popular belief, the business aspect of music promotion takes up the majority of the job and not the talent the musician has.
According to D-Black, 30% percent of talent is enough if a singer has the right business deals going on for him or her to reach the required audience and recoup investments made.
