Ghanaian highlife artiste Eugene Kwame Marfo, popularly known as Kuami Eugene, has said in a recent interview that he is not in a hurry to get married or father a child.
The ‘Tena Fie’ singer told NY DJ on BTM Afrika that even though he has plans of getting married and having children, he does not want those things to happen by accident.
According to him, he usually plans things that he does and wants to take his time to get his plans well laid.
“I actually have plans on settling, but I am that person who plans everything. I don’t want everything in my life to be by a mistake. So having a child shouldn’t be by mistake. Getting married should not be a mistake,” he said.
He said if he has a child, it wouldn’t be because it was a mistake, but because he planned to make it happen.
Kuami Eugene said he does not want to have children with different women or get married and get divorced because he did not prepare for it.
The twenty-five-year-old singer also noted that even though he gets messages from ladies who express their fondness for him, he is focused on what he wants to achieve in life.
