The Father of the late Ebony Reigns, Mr. Opoku Kwarteng, popularly known as Starboy Kwarteng has said that the soul of his daughter is sad that those who caused her death have not been brought to book.
He told Kofi TV in an interview that the man who was driving Ebony while they got involved in the accident on February 8, 2018, needs to be investigated.
According to him, it was weird that the driver did not die, considering how mangled the car that got involved in the accident was.
He said Ebony’s spirit will soon punish anybody that contributed to the incident that claimed her life.
“Mark my words. You’ll see something. Ebony will revenge against her killers,” he said.
Adding that he would be happy to see that come true, he said no amount of prayer can quell Ebony’s wrath with what is about to happen.
Four years ago, Ebony Reigns and her friends, Franklina Maame Yaa Nkansah and Lance Corporal Vondee Atsu Francis died in a car crash on the Sunyani-Kumasi highway.
In June 2021, GNA reported that the driver, Okoh Pinehas Chartey, had been remanded by the Nkawie Circuit Court.
The driver pleaded not guilty to the charges of dangerous driving and driving without a license when he appeared before the court.
He was expected to reappear before the court presided by Mr. Johnson Abbey on March 24, 2021.
