Ghanaian artiste Kelvynboy was reportedly manhandled by some people at the University of Cape Coast after his show in the school on Saturday night.
A video that surfaced online captures the ‘Down Flat’ singer being shoved around by the men in security uniforms.
Information has it that this happened when the singer tried to finish up his performance earlier than scheduled to head to Accra for another show at University for Professional Studies Accra (UPSA).
Some students of the UCC did not understand why he wanted to perform early and leave. Reports say he was supposed to have gone on stage between 11 pm and 12 am but, begged to do it earlier so, he could return to Accra for the UPSA show.
Despite the altercation, he was allowed to perform later. He thrilled the students with his songs, including the current jam, ‘Down Flat.’
Kelvynboy, since the release of the song, has appeared on a lot of music charts across the globe.
‘Down Flat’, could be described as the magic wand that has turned Kelvynboy’s music career around.
