Two years after Ghanaian singer Sista Afia dazzled music fans with her coruscating rap delivery in her beef with Eno Barony and Freda Rhymz, it appears the ghostwriter of Afia’s rap has been found.

While some had suggested rapper Medikal or Bisa K Dei could be the one who wrote the songs for Sista Afia, rapper Ayesem, has disclosed that he was the brain behind all those rap songs.

Speaking to KMJ on Joy Prime, Ayesem said he wrote all the diss songs Sista Afia produced, among otehrs. According to him, he wouldn’t have said it but Sista Afia, for a long time, has not been giving him credit for writing songs for him.

The ‘Koti’ hitmaker said he is the one that wrote all of Sista Afia’s hit songs including ‘Corner Corner’, ‘Slay Queen’, ‘Paper’ and ‘Asuoden.’

“I wrote all these songs for her but not even a single call from her [to show appreciation],” he said.

The Takoradi-based artiste said he has stopped providing the ‘Asuoden’ singer with songs because of her ungrateful attitude.

In 2020, Sista Afia, Eno Barony, and Freda Rhymz were locked in what was described as the ‘Beef Triangle.’

Sista Afia, the singer among the three, was hailed for leaving his comfort zone to ‘fight’ female rappers on their turf.

In several interviews, Sista Afia said the beef was planned to give the female rappers some relevance in the music industry.
