It is common knowledge that Afia Schwarzenegger has the tendency to make wild allegations, and she has usually gone away with it.
But it looks like she has gotten her neck in a deadly noose with this one. Chairman Wontumi, the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), won’t allow her to go scot-free with her allegation of sleeping with him.
He is taking her to court for claiming that she had sex with him, and he farted in the act when he was ejaculating.
In a writ of summons sighted by Ghana Weekend, Chairman Wontumi is demanding Two Million Ghana Cedis (GHc 2,000,000.00) from Afia Schwarzenegger for defamation.
“Damages of Two Million Ghana Cedis (GHC 2,000,000.00) for defaming the Plaintiff. Cost including legal fees” the writ says.
In her beef with broadcaster Delay a few weeks ago, Afia Schwarzenegger alleged that he had slept with Delay’s boss, Chairman Wontumi.
When Lawyer Maurice Ampaw hinted that the NPP Chairman was planning on suing Afia Schwarzenegger, she released a video in which she was invoking curses on the Chairman Wontumi, with a bottle of Schnapps and eggs.
“If I am the one disgracing the man because he is God and couldn’t have slept with me so if the man hasn’t slept with me and I claim so then the gods of Antoa should kill me,” she said then proceeded to curse Maurice Ampaw.
