About three years after doing her own rendition of Kofi Kinaata’s ‘Things Fall Apart’, NaaNa Blu wishes to do a song with the ‘Fante Rap God.’
After requests from fans to do a song with Kofi Kinaata, NaaNa Blu who recently released a new song titled ‘You Go Miss Me’, says she is just hoping her request to Kofi for a feature comes to fruition.
When asked by some of her on social media quizzed about a possible feature with Kinaata, she responded: “Kinaata will do a feature with me when the time is right for him”.
Both artists are from the Western region and their lyrics are predominantly in Fante.
Ghana Weekend sources say, two years ago, NaaNa Blu was asked by Kinaata’s team to send three songs, so they pick one to work on. All the songs sent, according to the source, were produced by the multi-award-winning WillisBeatz.
‘You Go Miss Me’ is out now on all usual streaming platforms and is a must-add for your Afrobeats and Highlife playlists.
