Abigail Mensah, popularly known in music circles as NaaNa Blu has gotten three nominations for the 6th edition of the Western Music Awards (WMA).
NaaNa Blu’s ‘Nam Pa’ which was produced by DDT picked a spot for the Highlife Song of the Year and Best Music Video of the Year whiles ‘Dream Boy’ produced by her record label mate Kyei Rocks placed had the Reggae/Dancehall Song nomination.
Naana Blu is reigning Best New Artiste of the Year at the 5th edition of the WMA held at the Atlantic Hotel (Takoradi) in 2021.
Organisers of the Western Music Awards, Westline Entertainment on Saturday, July 9, 2022 announced the list of nominees for the 6th edition of the award scheme at Anaji Choicemart in Takoradi.
This year’s edition is expected to take place on August 20, 2022.
The WMAs seeks to recognise and celebrate the hard work and dedication of artists in the Western music industry.
NaaNa Blu recently released a new song titled ‘You Go Miss Me’ which features Teephlow.
