Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie is not willing to engage in any lyrical bout with a Ghanaian artiste now.
According to him, to get into a beef with a Ghanaian artiste at the moment, he would have to have a good reason to do that.
Asked if he would pay mind to any of the up-and-coming artistes if they taunt him, no amount attack from them would trigger a response from him.
That notwithstanding, Sarkodie revealed that if the rapper is a big one from another country, he won’t hesitate to use that as an opportunity to prove his mettle and win more fans from the international music audience.
When the interviewer asked if he would like to battle Nigeria’s M.I. and Cassper Nyovest from South Africa, he responded in the affirmative.
Sarkodie’s lyrical beef with M.anifest in 2016 will go down in the history of Ghana’s music as one of the fiercest.
