A viral video in which a man is captured flogging a baby, has caught the attention of Sonnie Badu, the founder of Rockhill Chapel.
The man who took the video and another who made commentary while the baby was flogged, looked on unperturbed.
Enraged by the act, Sonnie Badu took to Instagram to express his opinion.
“I can’t play the full video as I’m already full of tears. Please arrest all three men! The one abusing the child, the one videoing it, and the one sitting down,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, the police have stated that efforts are underway to track down the individual involved, have him arrested, and rescue the child.
They have also announced a reward of GHS 2,000 for anyone who is able to provide credible information that could lead to the arrest of the male adult involved in the act.
