Esther Smith has narrated how her a hospital in Germany saved the life of her son by powering his heart with a battery.
According to the veteran gospel musician, her son’s heart disease forced her to move from Ghana to Germany.
She said her son received the best medical treatment in Germany.
Her move to Germany, she explained, allowed her to get the best medical care, and now that her son is a footballer, he is progressively building a strong reputation for himself.
“I relocated from Ghana because of my son’s heart condition. My son had a battery in his heart and when the battery went off, it meant his life was being cut short. But now, he is safe and pla football.”
“My son is doing well now, and I’m happy about it,” she said.
Esther Smith said even away from Ghana and her son’s condition, she joined the Church of England Choir and kept on performing and that did not set her back.
After 10 years, Esther Smith has announced the release of her new album titled Wanimonyam So (Your Glory Is Great).
With a combination of both traditional and contemporary musical instruments fused with good rhythms, the album was official released on October 10, 2022.
